This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how your personal information is collected, used and disclosed by PayGen by NewGen Business Solutions and its subsidiaries and affiliated companies (“PayGen by NewGen Business Solutions”).

PayGen by NewGen Business Solutions collects both personal identifiable information (PII) and non-personally identifiable information (non-PII) from its visitors. The information collected is used to help us identify our target market and improve the services we offer. Disclosure or Transfer of Personal Information

PayGen by NewGen Business Solutions may disclose personal information to third parties who perform tasks on our behalf and to other third parties engaged by us in the ordinary course of business, provided the third party agrees to provide adequate protections for your personal information that are no less protective than those set out in this privacy policy and to use the personal information only for purposes for which the third party has been engaged by PayGen.

We may also disclose PII in response to valid legal processes, such as a court order, in response to a law enforcement agency’s request or where we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, violations of our terms of use or as otherwise required by law.

PayGen by NewGen Business Solutions may provide links to other websites, and there are websites that may link directly to PayGen. PayGen does not endorse these third party websites or the content and has no control over their privacy practices.

Online Advertising

PayGen by NewGen Business Solutions uses online advertising features including Google, Facebook, Bing/Yahoo and  Instagram  advertising and cookie tracking implemented on the PayGen websites. These features allow us to track impressions on our website, track demographic and interests of visitors, collect data for re-marketing purposes and track media assisted conversions. Google Privacy and Data Collection

The Google Fonts API is designed to limit the collection, storage, and use of end-user data to only what is needed to serve fonts efficiently. The use of the Google Fonts Web API is unauthenticated and the Google Fonts API does not set or log cookies. Requests to the Google Fonts Web API are made to resource-specific domains, such as fonts.googleapis.com or fonts.gstatic.com. Font requests are separate from and don’t contain any credentials sent to google.com while using other Google services that are authenticated, such as Gmail.

Google Analytics provides us with the number of visitors to our service, data on how much time the visitors spent on our service, which browser was used to log in, the average number of times users visited our services, the total number of pages visited, the region from which a visitor is accessing the website, how the visitor access the service, and all other data Google Analytics can provide.

Google Search Console, allows us to track data on how often the data our service appears in Google Search, which search queries show our services, and how often searchers click through those queries. 

Cookies

PayGen by NewGen Business Solutions uses session cookies containing encrypted information to allow the system to uniquely identify you while you are logged in. This information allows PayGen to process your online transactions and requests. Standing alone, cookies do not identify you personally. They merely recognize your browser. Session cookies exist only during an online session. They disappear from your computer when you close your browser software or turn off your computer.
