PayGen by NewGen Business Solutions is committed to protecting your privacy while you visit our websites. This policy is designed to explain why we collect information from our visitors and how that information is used and disclosed.

Information collection and use

PayGen by NewGen Business Solutions collects both personal identifiable information (PII) and non-personally identifiable information (non-PII) from its visitors. The information collected is used to help us identify our target market and improve the services we offer. The collected information is primarily used for marketing purposes and visitors may expect to receive future communications from PayGen.

PII is collected when a visitor fills out our contact form. Non-PII is collected automatically through cookies and other web technology. We also collect certain non-PII when you visit our website, such as the browser you are using, your operating system, the domain name from which you receive Internet access, your IP address and aggregate information regarding PayGen web pages you access or visit.

Security

PayGen by NewGen Business Solutions websites have reasonable security measures in place designed to protect against the loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction of information under our control.

We take reasonable steps to ensure the data is reliable, accurate, complete and current for its intended use. Personal information collected from visitors is protected in transmission to our websites with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol encryption. PayGen abides by all laws concerning the release of personal information and does not sell or rent any personal information to third parties, except as described below.

Although we take appropriate measures to safeguard against unauthorized disclosures of information, we cannot assure you that PII we collect will never be disclosed in a manner that is inconsistent with this privacy policy.

Disclosure or transfer of personal information

PayGen by NewGen Business Solutions may disclose personal information to third parties who perform tasks on our behalf and to other third parties engaged by us in the ordinary course of business, provided the third party agrees to provide adequate protections for your personal information that are no less protective than those set out in this privacy policy and to use the personal information only for purposes for which the third party has been engaged by PayGen.

We may also disclose PII in response to valid legal processes, such as a court order, in response to a law enforcement agency’s request or where we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, violations of our terms of use or as otherwise required by law.

Limitations

PayGen by NewGen Business Solutions may provide links to other websites, and there are websites that may link directly to PayGen. PayGen does not endorse these third party websites or the content and has no control over their privacy practices.

Google privacy and data collection

Fonts are served from this website, not from Google. The typefaces are stored on our own server and delivered with the page, so viewing this site makes no request to the Google Fonts API and sends no data to fonts.googleapis.com or fonts.gstatic.com.

Google Analytics provides us with the number of visitors to our service, data on how much time the visitors spent on our service, which browser was used to log in, the average number of times users visited our services, the total number of pages visited, the region from which a visitor is accessing the website, how the visitor access the service, and all other data Google Analytics can provide.

Google Search Console, allows us to track data on how often the data our service appears in Google Search, which search queries show our services, and how often searchers click through those queries.

Visitor identification and business analytics

When you visit this website, we use services that help us understand which businesses are interested in our products. These services are directed at identifying organizations, not individual consumers.

Lead Forensics. We use Lead Forensics, a third-party business-identification service, to match the IP address of a visit against a database of business IP ranges. Where a match is found, we may learn the name, industry classification, size, revenue range, business address, and telephone number of the company associated with that visit, together with the pages viewed and the time spent on them. To perform this matching, your IP address is transmitted to Lead Forensics and to its data partners, which may include Demandbase, LiveRamp, LiveIntent, Index Exchange, and other identity-resolution providers. Lead Forensics is designed to identify business organizations and does not identify you personally by name. If you would prefer that we not use this information in connection with your visit, contact us at sales@newgennow.com and we will exclude your organization.

A note on IP addresses and advertising partners. An IP address may be considered personal data in some jurisdictions, including under the EU General Data Protection Regulation. Some of the partners named above also operate advertising-technology platforms and may use data obtained through this process to build or synchronise audience segments for advertising purposes. That activity takes place within those partner networks and is not controlled by NewGen Business Solutions.

Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use this website in aggregate — pages viewed, time on site, referring source, and general geographic region. See the “Google Privacy and Data Collection” section above.

Ahrefs Web Analytics. We use Ahrefs Web Analytics to measure traffic and referral sources. It is cookieless and does not track visitors across other websites.

Cloudflare Turnstile

Our contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which distinguishes human visitors from automated submissions without presenting a puzzle. To do this it collects technical information about your browser and connection. Cloudflare processes this information under the Cloudflare Privacy Addendum for Turnstile, available at cloudflare.com. Turnstile is used only to protect form submissions and is not used for advertising.

Cookies

This website is informational. It has no login, no user accounts and no online transactions, so PayGen does not set cookies to sign you in or to carry a session from one page to the next.

Cookies and similar technologies are used here for two purposes. For analytics, the Google tag described under “Google privacy and data collection” above sets cookies that measure how the site is used. For business identification, the Lead Forensics tag described under “Visitor identification and business analytics” above may set a cookie to associate the pages viewed during a single visit. Cloudflare Turnstile, described in its own section above, collects technical information about your browser and connection in order to tell human visitors from automated submissions. Ahrefs Web Analytics is cookieless and does not track visitors across other websites.

Standing alone, cookies do not identify you personally. They merely recognize your browser. Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies through their settings.

Notification of changes

This privacy policy is current as of the effective date set forth above. PayGen reserves the right to change this privacy policy from time to time, consistent with applicable privacy laws and principles.
